Terra Universal MODULAR CLEANROOMS

There are clean rooms for every purpose–from huge hardwall cleanrooms to small portable softwall cleanrooms.  A handy type to install is a modular cleanroom as it goes up quicker and easier than a fully-constructed one.  Those are featured on this page.

The ultimate clean room is Class 1 and the far other end is a Class 100,000 “controlled environment” room, with classifications of Class 10, 100, 1000, 10000 in-between.  Furthermore, cleanrooms are used for many different purposes in both manufacturing and in research laboratories.  One such application is in the medical field where biological safety requirements exist.

THE BIOSAFE™ MODULAR CLEANROOM, Model C004

Terra Universal have designed a steel, modular clean room which has a double wall for the purpose of both biological and pharmaceutical uses.  They are easy to clean and provide an ideal aseptic environment for a wide variety of applications.

The Biosafe™ modular cleanroom is entirely free-standing and can be installed in your building with no external supports.   You can work with Midstates Marketing and the Terra Universal engineers to specify all your requirements, and the unit can be installed in far less time and at a much lower price than “stick built” conventional, permanent biopharmaceutical cleanrooms.

These rooms offer ultra-smooth surfaces inside so that they can be easily cleaned and maintained–no areas that can allow the growth of germs.  You can choose either 304/316 stainless steel, or powder-coated steel, depending on what your process requires.  The various accessories you can design into your modular BioSafe cleanroom are:  (1) air conditioning, (2) humidification-dehumidification modules, (3) UV or vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) sterilization modules, and (4) HEPA/ULPA fan-filter units (FFUs) in order to meet Class 10/ISO 3 cleanliness specs.
